What we collect

When you call, text, email or use the quote form, we receive the details you send: your name, phone number, email if provided, the address or area where you need service, and what you want done. Our website may also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed and approximate location, if analytics are enabled.

How we use it

To quote, schedule and perform the work you asked for, to follow up about that work, and to keep basic business records. We do not sell your information and we do not share it with third parties except the services needed to run the business (for example the form delivery provider or a payment processor).

Retention

Job records are kept as long as needed for warranty, invoicing and legal purposes. You can ask us to delete your contact details at any time by emailing hello@rekeyrepublic.com.

Cookies and analytics

The site itself sets no tracking cookies. If we enable an analytics tool, it may set cookies to measure traffic; you can block them in your browser without affecting the site.
