Service area questions
Do you charge more for areas far from central San Diego?
No. The service call is $49 anywhere in San Diego County. For the outer edges (Ramona, Fallbrook, Valley Center, Alpine) we may group appointments by day, so booking a day ahead gets you a wider choice of times.
Do you serve military housing and gated communities?
Yes. For on-base housing you arrange access through your housing office and we work within their rules. For gated communities, give us the gate code or call-box name when you book and we arrive in the window agreed.
Can I book for a property I do not live at, like a rental or a relative’s home?
Absolutely. Landlords, property managers and family members book for other addresses all the time. We confirm the person on-site can authorize the work, then rekey or install and hand keys to whoever you designate.
